Our Production Process
Every batch goes through six hand-managed steps, cleaned without bleach or chemical additives, and checked for safety before export.
Cleansing
Raw bird nests are cleaned by hand using purified water only, no bleach, no chemical additives, to remove debris and soil while keeping the nest's natural structure and nutrients intact.
Plucking
Skilled artisans hand-pick micro-feathers and fine impurities with tweezers under bright light. No bleaching chemicals are used at any point in this step.
Moulding
The cleaned strands are arranged and set into custom molds to restore their natural cup shape, preparing them for the drying phase.
Drying
Nests are air-dried in a climate-controlled environment to achieve optimal moisture levels, ensuring structural integrity, preventing bacterial growth, and maximizing shelf life.
Quality Controlling
Every single batch undergoes rigorous independent lab testing for nitrites, heavy metals, and microbiological safety. Visual inspections ensure only flawless nests proceed to packaging.
Packing
The finished bird nests are hermetically sealed and packaged to preserve freshness. All items are labeled with traceability codes before export.
